- Is any minimum order quantity required?
- No, we don’t have minimum order quantity regulation. Especially in the trial shipment, we encourage our customers to place a smaller quantity for any species to test our quality. However, after establishing a stable ordering, we always suggest our customers to place enough quantities of animals to make freight charge most efficient.
- How to confirm my order?
- After receiving customer’s order, we will right away check our stock condition, and then reply the availability to the customers. If there is some shortage, we will discuss with customers to adjust the total order quantities or species to make sure each box packed most effectively so make the shipping cost worthy.
- How to confirm the freight charge?

According to your location, we will look for the most favorable flight and freight for you.
In our company, for the freight, we just charge as the actual expense we spend.
You don’t need to worry there will be any extra unexplained costs.
The only thing we want is let our customers receive the animals with the most competitive price. - What is your payment term?

For new customers, we require 100% payment in advance by T/T.
We will arrange shipment immediately after receiving payment.
For long-term cooperate customers, other payment terms are discussable. - How long can I receive shipment after placing order and completing payment?

Shipments can be received shortest within 3 workdays after order and payment confirmation.
But as currently, the international air transport situation is still unstable, it depends on different airlines.
For some airlines, it needs to take longer about 5-7 days to confirm all document and space. - Is there any document required?

Please check with your government importing-related bureau and let us know if any document needed?
For example, Health certificate, Certificate of origin, pathogen negative result….
We will apply those document depending on your need. - Is there any packing requirement?
